The first impression

A garden that feeds the kitchen and the bar

Among the tropical gardens, the Earth Basket grows fruits, herbs and vegetables, harvested in season so that less has to be imported. Guests can join in through the resort's green programmes, which bring them closer to nature.

Dining and experiences

Island cooking in a planter's house

The Plantation, in a planter's house by the beach, serves seafood and traditional cooking inspired by the flavours of Mauritius. At The Verandah, lunch is Mediterranean under parasols, and once a week the evening brings a séga performance.
