Each suite, from a Junior Suite to the Penthouse, opens onto a terrace or balcony facing the Indian Ocean. Looking after the stay is a team the hotel calls its Artisans, alongside a Clefs d'Or concierge.
At Grand Baie on the north west coast, a beach of white sand runs along the lagoon. Boats go out from the water in front of the hotel for sailing and snorkelling, and Mont Choisy Le Golf is 10 minutes away.
Connecting suites keep a family together. On the second floor, the Presidential Suites have two bedrooms, a personal butler and a sea facing terrace with its own lounge and dining table. The Royal Villa, on the ground floor, has a private pool, a gazebo and direct access to the beach.
La Goélette looks over the bay, and its signature menu also reaches La Table du Capitaine, a small space of ten seats for an aperitif, a dinner or a blind tasting. In The Wine Cellar, wines are poured alongside a selection of tapas, by advance booking.
