Island Lilly Ltd – Payment and Security Policy

This Payment and Security Policy explains how payments are processed through the Island Lilly Ltd website and how we protect your information when you purchase travel services from us.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Island Lilly Ltd accepts the following card types:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express

The currency used for your booking will be clearly displayed on the payment page.
All transactions are processed securely through our licensed payment partners.

2. Secure Online Payments

All online card payments are processed through a secure third party payment gateway that uses SSL encryption and industry standard security protocols. This ensures that sensitive information such as card numbers and personal details are protected during transmission.

Island Lilly Ltd does not store or access your full card details at any stage.

3. Confirmation of Payment

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

• Company name and registered address
• Website URL
• Date of the transaction
• Description of the services booked
• Total amount paid
• Currency used
• Booking reference
• Mode of payment
• Contact details for any assistance

This email serves as your official receipt and proof of purchase.

4. Failed or Declined Transactions

If your payment fails or is declined:

• A message will appear on the checkout page informing you that the transaction was not successful
• You may re enter your card details and try again
• You may request a secure payment link from our team
• No booking will be confirmed until payment has been received

If a payment is declined by your bank, Island Lilly has no control over the outcome and cannot override the decision.

5. Fraud Prevention Measures

To protect both clients and the business, additional verification may be required when:

• Cardholder details do not match the booking name
• The bank identifies unusual or suspicious activity
• High value transactions require confirmation
• The cardholder has requested identity checks for online purchases

Island Lilly may request proof of identity or authorisation before confirming certain bookings.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you open a chargeback through your bank:

• We may request supporting documents from you
• We will provide evidence of services booked and delivered
• The issuing bank will make the final decision

Where a chargeback fee is applied by the card network, it is the responsibility of the cardholder unless the dispute arises from an error made by Island Lilly Ltd.

7. Currency and Pricing Information

All pricing is clearly displayed before you complete your payment.
Depending on your booking, the transaction may be processed in:

• GBP
• EUR
• USD
• MUR

Your bank may apply currency conversion fees. Island Lilly Ltd is not responsible for any such charges.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
