One wellness resort by the sea, chosen for its calm and its care, so the week has one still centre to return to.
Daily yoga, meditation and pranayama, and a course of Ayurvedic therapies shaped around a doctor's consultation.
Plant-based meals, herbal treatments, and quiet hours on the beach or among the trees.
Heritage sites, botanical gardens, and the Tea Route through the plantations.
Seven days from a single coastal base, with a private driver for every outing and a wellness team shaping the programme around a doctor's consultation on the first day.
The therapies alternate with rest: a treatment or a morning of yoga, then quiet hours on the beach or a gentle day out to the tea country. Plant-based meals, herbal steams, and the pacing set to the body rather than the diary.
This itinerary is a picture of what the retreat can hold. Each programme is shaped to the individual, so the treatments and their timings are arranged around your own wellbeing.
Today is a private transfer and time to settle in. A forty-five minute consultation with the doctor opens the programme, tracing Ayurveda's Indian and Mauritian roots and where the two meet.
A gentle herbal hair treatment follows, cooling herbs worked into the scalp in the way the island's home remedies have long used them.
The morning is an hour of yoga and guided meditation.
The afternoon brings a Navara facial, an hour's treatment of rice, milk and herbs to soften the skin, and the evening holds an optional herbal tea to close the day.
The morning follows the Tea Route through the plantations, with tastings that draw the line between the island's teas and their Ayurvedic uses.
In the afternoon comes Shirodhara, an hour of warm oil poured in a steady stream across the forehead, often called liquid meditation. The evening is given to meditation and storytelling, following Ayurveda's path from Kerala to Mauritius.
Today's centre is Manasamitram, a full-body herbal treatment with a milk infusion, an hour and a half drawn from old practices of calm.
A walk on the coast follows, slow and barefoot, with attention on the breath, and a short herbal steam closes the day and eases the last of the tension.
The morning is an hour of yoga and meditation together.
The afternoon goes to the spice market to choose vegetables, herbs and spices, then to the kitchen to cook a set of traditional Ayurvedic dishes, leaving with the recipes and a small pack of spices to take home. The evening is given to Mauritian folk healing stories over a cup of herbal tea.
The last day begins with a closing consultation, turning the week's practice into something that holds at home.
A half-hour of gentle stretching and rest follows, and a farewell herbal infusion marks the end before departure.

From sunlit terraces to tucked-away retreats, our boutique accommodations echo the soul of Mauritius. Designed for comfort, chosen for character, and woven into your journey with intention.
