Itinerary Overview

Day 1: Arrival - Private meet & greet, transfer to Bel Ombre wellness retreat, welcome drink, and relaxation.


Day 2 - Day 6: Wellness Program:


  • Wellness Workshops: Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Mudra (daily).

  • Diet: Vegetarian & vegan meals to support detoxification.

  • Ayurvedic Treatments: Daily sessions like Panchkarma, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, etc.

  • Detox Techniques: Herbs, juicing, yogic cleansing.


Exploration Days:

  • Day 2: Hike Le Pouce Mountain, visit Aapravasi Ghat.

  • Day 3: Day at Leisure.

  • Day 4: Pamplemousses Botanical Garden & Sugar Museum tour.

  • Day 5: Beach day at Flic en Flac with water sports.

  • Day 6: Day at Leisure.


Daily Routine:

  • 5:30 AM - 7:30 AM: Morning wellness sessions.

  • 8:00 AM: Healthy breakfast.

  • 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Exploration or leisure.

  • 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Afternoon yoga and reflection.

  • 6:30 PM: Dinner.

Day 7: Cultural & Historical Day - Tea Route visit, lunch at Saint Aubin, scenic drive to Gris Gris, evening yoga.


Day 8: Marine Adventure - Dolphin watching, snorkeling, beachfront lunch, free afternoon, wellness dinner.


Day 9: Nature & Farewell - Black River Gorges National Park, local lunch, Chamarel, farewell dinner.


Day 10: Departure - Relaxed breakfast, private airport transfer, reflect on wellness journey.

Arrival in Mauritius: Welcome to Serenity

Meet & Greet at the International Airport

Private transfer to Wellness Retreat in the South (Bel Ombre or similar location)

After a warm welcome at the airport, you'll be transferred to your tranquil wellness retreat, nestled in the serene beauty of southern Mauritius. Enjoy a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival, check into your accommodation, and take the evening to relax and unwind.


 

DAY 2 - DAY 6

5 Days of Wellness & Exploration

During your wellness retreat, you’ll experience a balanced blend of rejuvenating activities and opportunities to explore the beauty of Mauritius. Our daily schedule will guide you through a thoughtfully curated program, combining wellness practices with immersive experiences in nature.


While the details of specific activities and timings will be provided upon inquiry or prior to booking, here’s an overview of what you can expect:


15 Wellness Workshops: A range of sessions focusing on Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and Mudra, providing holistic practices to enhance your physical and mental well-being.


Vegetarian & Vegan Diet: Enjoy a healthy, balanced diet with options for vegetarian and vegan breakfasts and dinners to support your detox and wellness journey.


Panchkarma: The most comprehensive Ayurvedic detox, cleansing the digestive and respiratory systems, enhancing metabolism, and eliminating toxins.


Ayurvedic Treatments: Our offerings include Abhyanga (full body massage), Shirodhara, Potli, Utwartana (scrubs), and other therapies designed to rejuvenate and detoxify your body.


Detox & Cleansing: Natural herbs, juicing, and yogic cleansing techniques such as neti will be incorporated, along with personalized oiling, dieting, and pranayama sessions to cleanse both body and mind.


Our holistic approach ensures a tailored wellness experience, helping you feel revitalised and at peace.

  • 5:30 AM - 7:30 AM: Morning Wellness Sessions

    • Begin each day with guided breathwork, meditation, and yoga sessions to rejuvenate your mind and body.

  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: Healthy Breakfast

    • Enjoy a nutritious Ayurvedic breakfast using fresh, organic ingredients.

  • 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Explore Mauritius

    • Day 2: Scenic hike to Le Pouce Mountain & visit to Aapravasi Ghat.

    • Day 3: Catamaran cruise to Île aux Cerfs with snorkeling.

    • Day 4: Guided tour of Pamplemousses Botanical Garden & Sugar Museum.

    • Day 5: Beach day at Flic en Flac with optional water sports.

    • Day 6: Visit to Chamarel Waterfall & Seven Coloured Earths.

  • 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Afternoon Yoga & Reflection

    • Return to the wellness centre for yoga sessions and guided reflection.

  • 6:30 PM: Dinner at the Retreat

    • Conclude each day with a wholesome dinner, prepared with local, organic produce to support your wellness journey.

  • 8:30 PM: Retire for Early Rest
